《包青天》是1993年台湾中华电视公司根据古典名著《三侠五义》改编制作的一部长篇电视剧，以《三侠五义》里的包拯为原型结合民间传说改编而成，领衔主演：金超群、何家劲、范鸿轩，本片成为20世纪90年代一部划时代的经典作品，至今为人称道。
本剧讲述我党身负重要使命的情报人员"老康"以商人身份从苏联回国途中，由于叛徒出卖，与多名商旅一同被日军捕获入狱。为查出此人，日军派特工入狱密查，国民党派特工入狱刺杀，共产党派特工入狱营救，加之狱中军帮、山帮、青帮被三方利用，各路人士遂在狱中展开了尔虞我诈、惊心动魄的无声战争。 而在监狱之外，共产党与国民党两派精英为了对付共同的敌人，拯救狱中战友而携手刺杀叛徒。而狱内，共产党人黎仲明为了帮助"老康"脱困，与国民党精英尚青城统一战线，团结利用狱中多股力量。在其感召之下，为了中华民族的利益，昔日的仇敌团结一致，共同反抗侵略者。
