1927年中共中央政治局“八七”会议前后，中国共产党以毛泽东、朱德等为代表的先驱们，积极开展了创建人民军队的探索和实践。1927年8月1日南昌起义成功后，部队实施战略转移南下广东，在潮汕地区遭到反动派血腥镇压，朱德等率领仅剩的革命火种进行饶平整编，蜇伏粤北，苦苦寻找革命的方向。9月9日，毛泽东领导发动了秋收起义，后部队转战江西永新，在三湾村进行了改编，将党支部建在连上，确定了上井冈山建立革命根据地的行动方向。1927年冬，农民运动在湖南蓬勃发展，朱德率部乘机挺进湘南，掀起湘南暴动，百万农军揭竿而起。1928年4月，朱德率湘南起义军和毛泽东领导的红军在井冈山胜利会师，中国共产党领导的人民军队进一步发展壮大。革命的星星之火，终于成燎原之势。

《洪学智黑河剿匪》，讲述黑龙江军区司令员洪学智在解放前夕，临危受命，深入虎穴，将盘踞在黑龙江黑河一带土匪山贼一网打尽的故事。 洪学智将军1946年5月率领新四军3师特一团来到北安、黑河等地，凭借着卓越的指挥才能和丰富的战斗经验，在逊克县松树沟一带重创了当时黑河地区最大的土匪头子刘光才的部队，消灭了大部分土匪武装。后又率部沿黑龙江北上，解围呼玛、解放漠河，实现了我国北部边境的全面解放。在此期间，黑河中心县委改为黑河地委，洪学智将军兼任地委书记和军分区司令员。在短短的8个月时间里，他的足迹遍布北安、逊克、孙吴等地，率领剿匪部队转战南北。他注重队伍建设，重视政治宣传工作，对部队进行大型整顿和严格军事训练，并在当时地委副书记岳林的建议下，赞同并支持创办了《黑河报》，开辟了政治宣传阵地。在他的直接领导下，1946年8月8日，黑河成立了兆麟联立学校，选派了大量水平高、素质强的老同志、老干部出任校领导，使该校成为教育和培养革命骨干和基地干部的摇篮。
