2003年3月3日，18位分别来自香港、台湾、新加坡和泰国的外国记者们来到济州岛国际机场，他们这次是为采访和收集有关韩国第二大民营电视台SBS推出的电视大片《ALL IN》的信息而来到旅游胜地济州岛的。这部电视连续剧是根据描写职业赌徒和围棋棋士车敏秀（Cha， Minsoo）真实人生的同名小说而改编制作的。 片中由李秉宪扮演的男主人公金仁河即是车敏秀的替身。
