Secondly, the attacker will no longer send the third acknowledgement packet, thus the server will make multiple retransmissions (the Linux system configures the number of retransmissions through tcp_synack_retries), consuming a lot of extra overhead, and the waiting queue will be occupied, even the waiting queue will be full, eventually causing the server to be unable to receive the client's request.
