幕后花絮：
《马大帅2》仍是延续之前《马大帅1》的喜剧风格，不同的是《马大帅2》中的矛盾冲突更复杂，人物之间的碰撞也更多，第二部是由“办学”这一条线引出来的，之后的故事就自然发生、发展。这结局也就自然归到了马大帅的学校上。马主任这样向本报记者描述该剧的结局：“马大帅校长和宁静扮演的李平老师站在校园里，看着终于走上了正轨的学校，怀着对未来美好蓝图的憧憬，脸上洋溢着喜悦、自豪的神情……”
