电视剧《干得漂亮》描述的是1941年秋，华北赤城无人村。中国劳工无辜被日本特种兵猎杀，武艺高强的幸存者姚和尚救下指导员高国成，同另外几个身怀绝技的草根组成了日后威震晋察冀战区的抗日小分队。小分队一次次陷入虎穴，进城救出卢政委并接下任务，在完成盗图任务的过程中姚和尚身受重伤险些丧命。随后小分队潜入佐佐木官邸盗药罐，盗罐不成，但在大部队的帮助下一举歼灭头号死敌高腾。幕后黑手、细菌专家佐佐木渐渐浮出水面，小分队全然不知，陆军医，三顺儿相继牺牲，小分队损兵折将。小分队队员为阻止日军细菌扩散，决定将自己的生命与细菌一并尘封古墓之中。
