Nigél Thatch加盟福里斯特·惠特克主演、《毒枭》主创打造的Epix黑帮剧《哈林教父》(Godfather Of Harlem)，将饰演美国著名黑人民权领袖马尔科姆·X。Thatch此前已在《塞尔玛》饰演他，获得好评。
同一个四合院里住着四个不同身份的人——周启明表面是洋行职员，真实身份是潜伏在日本宪兵队里的中共情报员；王韵婷是护士，真实身份是中共济南工委领导下的地下工作者；徐桂花是报社记者，实际上是日本间谍；沈穆之是文具店老板，实际上是国民党特工。周启明的任务是破获日军的“半人马计划”；王韵婷的任务是接近周启明，从而策反他；徐桂花的任务是执行“半人马计划”并找出潜伏在日特内部的中共情报员；沈穆之的任务是暗杀宪兵司令中村并铲除济南城内的汉奸特务。四人同居一院，与敌为邻，为了各自的目标，在一条看不见的战线上展开生死搏杀。最终，为了全中国的胜利，无数共产党员前赴后继、英勇奋战。
该剧通过上饶地区农村女人周英的坎坷而抗争的人生历程，展示了中国底层女性质朴、拼搏的秉性与命运。剧情从四个大方向讲述了自上世纪七十年代周英的婚婚恋史。少女时代的周英经历了初恋失败、梦想破灭、家庭巨变、嫁给福禄；少妇时代的周英经历了和福禄的艰难磨合、生死之交、先婚后爱、共同创业、患难真情、福禄病逝；最后讲述周英的成就，经历了事业成功、儿女成才、名声在外、丈夫背叛、回乡反思。通过晨曦的油菜花、正午的油菜花及月下的油菜花的反复特写，来衬托女主人公周英的人生境遇和精神境界。
根据谷口治郎同名漫画《散步去》改编，描写了因工作关系，与妻子一起搬到郊外的一户人家的男人，一边感受着在城市看不到的自然风景，一边散步的故事。 看似平凡的散步，为日常注入了新的元素。
