该剧讲述的是一对少年兄弟天天、欢欢在幼年时代对大海的渴望。在父母不断争吵和充斥着火药味的的家庭环境中，兄弟俩最终决定离家出走去寻找他们渴望中美丽浩瀚的大海，但却被人贩子拐卖，在经历众多磨难之后终于与家人团聚。本片的主演是两位不满十二岁的男孩，哥哥天天十一岁，弟弟欢欢只有九岁。故事的开始是因为爸爸在外面有了情人，因而每天妈妈都与爸爸在家里争吵，不但用各种尖酸的语言谩骂对方，还乱摔东西，毫不考虑孩子的感受。两个孩子在这样的家庭环境中每天胆战心惊，无心学习。忽然有一天，哥哥问弟弟：“欢欢，你喜欢大海吗？”。“喜欢，听别人说大海好蓝好美”。弟弟托着下巴，眼睛里充满渴望。“那哥哥带你去看大海好不好？”。“好”。于是，兄弟俩拿了一些简单的行李，在父母的争吵中，悄悄的离开家，踏上了寻找大海的征途。可梦想的实现又怎会如此容易，在路途上兄弟俩走失，哥哥天天在流浪一段时间后被人贩子拐卖到一个没有孩子的家庭，因不愿当他们的孩子，整天与买主夫妇对峙。而年幼的欢欢却被拐卖到大山里一个贫穷且充满暴力的家庭，每天不但
