《维纳斯之恋》汇聚了当前内地、香港、台湾的一线演员，在选景上则把桂林的自然风光、北京、上海的城市特色一网打尽。该剧的整个故事情节围绕一件婚纱和一幅油画全面展开，讲述了两段发生在独立女性和摄影师，大明星和小歌手身上的时尚爱情故事。

该剧讲述的是一个发生在古老图书馆里的故事，六个性格迥异的工作人员遇到了许多离奇事件，展开了一场前所未见的神奇冒险，碰撞出应接不暇的密集笑点，让你猜中了开头，却猜不中结尾。
