When the client sends the SYN packet and the server sends the acknowledgement packet (SYN + ACK), if the firewall has not received the acknowledgement packet (ACK) from the client by the time the counter expires, it sends the RST packet to the server to cause the server to delete the half connection from the queue. It is worth noting that the setting of gateway timeout parameters should not be too small or too large. If the setting of timeout parameters is too small, it will affect normal communication. 泥瓦匠鲁二（张桐 饰）因为修缮皇宫，巧遇被太后软禁的皇上。皇上在鲁二私处刺青，拟诏派他营救天牢中的大学士（王劲松 饰）。鲁二临危受命，详细制订了营救大学士的计划。他为潜入天牢假意打劫，却无意中邂逅了赌场老板娘红中（黄小蕾 饰），二人不打不相识。红中有个死对头许三刀，因冒犯钦差大臣福尔摩也被抓入天牢准备问斩。鲁二在潜入天牢，在搭救大学士之时，刚好赶上刺客前来行凶，两人狼狈逃出天牢，福尔摩在后面紧紧追赶。在逃亡中，大学士对鲁二的身份表示怀疑，后者遂露出私处方才验明正身。正当二人准备按刺青寻找藏宝图之时，福尔摩、红中、许三刀等形形色色的人物也卷入了这场追杀……
